Keto Lunches: Grab-and-Go, Make-Ahead Recipes for High-Power, Low-Carb Midday Meals
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
This keto cookbook has just the right amount of basic starter recipes balanced with some really tasty advanced recipes. All of the recipes I tried were easy and enjoyed by the whole family. The first recipe I served was the Indo Curry. Almost too spicy for the three year old, but even he ate up a small bowl. We served it with steamed broccoli, kind of like a stew. The next one we tried was the Beef Stroganoff Stew. YUM! It made enough for both my husband and I to have leftovers the next day. Next on the list is the Thai Red Curry Chicken and the Thai Coconut Soup (one of my favorite Thai foods.) I can’t wait!
I have found the recipes in here are not run of the mill or what you can find anywhere else. They’re easy, they’re tasty, and they add some fun to the weekly menu. Exactly my kind of cookbook.
